Is Minnŏ Restaurant open to non-hotel guests?

Yes. Minnŏ is open to everyone — Minnǒ Boutique Hotel & Spa guests and visitors alike. Reservations are recommended, especially in summer.

Where is Minnŏ located?

Inside Minnǒ Boutique Hotel & Spa in Skopelos Town, a short walk from the old harbour. The terrace looks west over the port.

What are the opening hours?

Lunch 12:00–18:30 and dinner 19:30–23:30 daily (last call 22:30). The restaurant is seasonal — May through October.

How do I make a reservation?

Call +30 210 444 8921 or email info@minnohotel.com. In summer we recommend booking at least a day ahead; for special evenings, a week ahead.

What kind of cuisine is it?

Contemporary Greek, curated by chef Dimitris Charitidis: seasonal Aegean fish, Skopelos produce, and refined takes on classics like horiatiki, fish stifado, and Skopelitiki cheese pie.

Is there a dress code?

Easy summer dress. A linen shirt or a summer dress is perfect. No formal requirement.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-aware options are available. Please mention any requirements when you book.

Is the terrace suitable for children?

Yes. Children are welcome. We can prepare simpler plates on request.
