The Minnŏ approach
Minnŏ Restaurant, inside Minnǒ Boutique Hotel & Spa in Skopelos Town, is the island's most refined gourmet kitchen. Chef Dimitris Charitidis works with a tight, seasonal pantry: Aegean fish landed that morning, Skopelos produce, local cheeses, and olive oil from the surrounding hills. Every plate is designed to feel unmistakably Greek — and unmistakably here.

A curated wine list, weighted to Greek producers — crisp Assyrtiko, coastal Malagousia, a few honest reds from Naoussa and Nemea — with a small European reserve. Ask for a pairing and we'll build the flight around your table.
