Skopelos is an island for slow evenings. If you have one night to plan around — an anniversary, a proposal, a first dinner on the island — this is how we'd spend it.
Where to go
Minnŏ Restaurant, inside Minnǒ Boutique Hotel & Spa, sits just above Skopelos Town's old port. The terrace looks west across the harbour, so the sun sets straight into the view. Ask for a table on the outside edge, close to 20:30 — you'll catch the light changing through the whole meal.
What to order
- To start: quartet of horiatiki, and the Skopelitiki cheese pie.
- To share: lobster with grilled baby gem and graviera cream.
- Main: fish stifado with caramelised onions and potato emulsion.
- To finish: a small plate of local sweets, an Assyrtiko or the house dessert wine.
How to make it special
Tell us when you book. If it's an anniversary, birthday, or proposal, we'll quietly do a little more — a chilled bottle waiting, a small dessert with a candle, a discreet table away from the terrace flow. Nothing loud, nothing rehearsed. Just the evening you were hoping for.
Practical notes
- Book at least a day ahead in summer. For proposals, book a week ahead.
- Dinner service opens at 19:30; sunset tables go to 20:15–20:45 arrivals.
- Dress code is easy — a linen shirt, a summer dress, comfortable shoes.
